§ Begin

A confidential first conversation with the bureau.

Whether the mission is arriving in Geneva, rotating to a new posting, or simply uncertain whether the current setup matches the legitimation card, write to the bureau. The first audit is included in our onboarding protocol, the conversation is strictly confidential, and the reply arrives within twenty-four hours.

§ Information

How the first session runs.

The most efficient path is to schedule a meeting in advance, by institutional or professional email, or by telephone, with the advisor whose audience matches the file. The session lasts roughly an hour and concludes with a written brief, in the working language of the mission, of the points raised and the next concrete steps.

The bureau is reachable by telephone Monday to Friday. For scheduled meetings, evenings and Saturdays are equally available. An advisor can also travel to the chancellery, the official residence or any neutral venue selected by the mission.

⊕ Arranging an appointment

Depending on the file, an advisor will travel to the residence, the chancellery or the office of the mission. The first session is exploratory. No document is signed and nothing is committed.

⊙ Confidentiality

Leave contact details and an advisor writes back within twenty-four hours, without commitment. Every exchange is handled inside Switzerland under the nLPD, on servers located on Swiss territory.

Your number is only used if you expressly request a secure callback.
